1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By registering an account on the bgw69 platform, by logging in to an existing bgw69 account, or by placing any wager, bonus claim, or financial transaction through the bgw69 platform, you unequivocally represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary rules, policies, or guidelines published by bgw69 from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and Game-Specific Rules;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines;
• You are accessing the bgw69 platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes.

1.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you are required to immediately close your account and cease all use of the bgw69 platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The bgw69 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is non-negotiable and reflects the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling under the regulatory frameworks applicable in the Philippines. bgw69 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or close any account where the 21+ requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. bgw69 services are intended for use by players physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. bgw69 accepts no liability for use of the platform from jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited.

2.3 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate. bgw69 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered bgw69 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice, forfeiture of any balances, and possible reporting to appropriate regulatory authorities.

2.5 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to hold a bgw69 account: (a) employees of bgw69 and their immediate family members; (b) persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the bgw69 platform; (c) persons identified by bgw69's compliance team as presenting unacceptable risk; (d) persons who have previously had a bgw69 account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bgw69 login credentials — including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. bgw69 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on all accounts. You must notify bgw69 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 Account Responsibility. All activity conducted through your bgw69 account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. bgw69 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 KYC Verification. bgw69 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Required documentation typically includes: a government-issued photo ID (SSS card, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, passport), proof of residential address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested will result in account restriction.

3.4 Account Closure by bgw69. bgw69 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected; (c) required verification is not completed; (d) the account becomes inactive for 12 consecutive months.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bgw69 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT (TRC20). bgw69 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 Currency. All transactions on the bgw69 platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. No currency conversion fees are charged by bgw69 on PHP transactions.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player's account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) the withdrawal amount must not include funds subject to active wagering requirements; (c) the withdrawal must be directed to a payment method previously verified in the Player's name; (d) bgw69 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that exhibit unusual patterns.

4.4 Processing Times. bgw69 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Actual transfer times depend on the payment provider and may vary. bgw69 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Minimum & Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the bgw69 cashier section and may vary by payment method. bgw69 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time without prior notice.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses and promotions offered by bgw69 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer. General eligibility requires a fully registered, KYC-verified bgw69 account in good standing.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds — including deposit match bonuses, free spin winnings, and cashback credits — are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. bgw69 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to fulfill wagering requirements without meaningful gameplay risk, or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonuses voided and may have their account permanently closed.

5.4 Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements within the specified validity period will expire automatically without compensation.

5.5 Right to Modify. bgw69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already claimed a promotion will not have its terms materially altered to their detriment.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on bgw69 operates according to individual game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. bgw69 is not liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game round cancellation, or communication error during gameplay, bgw69 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account balance. No claims for winnings from voided rounds will be entertained.

6.3 Bet Settlement. The result recorded by bgw69's system servers is the definitive and final result for all bets. In the event of a discrepancy between a Player's displayed result and the server record, the server record prevails.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bgw69 platform and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to Philippine law enforcement and regulatory bodies:

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or provision of false identity information;
• Money laundering or use of the platform to conceal proceeds of criminal activity;
• Collusion or cooperative cheating with other players;
• Use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any form of mechanical assistance to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform;
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward bgw69 staff or other players;
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback on a deposit processed to bgw69 while retaining associated winnings.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 bgw69 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Player who wishes to self-exclude from bgw69 may request exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Players who are self-excluded may not circumvent the exclusion by registering a new account.

8.3 Minor Protection. The 21+ age requirement is enforced strictly. Players must ensure that minors cannot access their bgw69 account or funds. bgw69 may conduct random age verification checks at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the bgw69 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game content, text, graphics, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of bgw69 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bgw69 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any platform content.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 bgw69 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bgw69 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted access.

10.2 bgw69 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform; (b) loss of winnings due to technical failure, provided bgw69 acts to remedy the issue promptly; (c) any third-party content, payment processor delays, or internet connectivity issues outside bgw69's direct control.

10.3 bgw69's aggregate liability to any individual Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 bgw69 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for bgw69, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 bgw69 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement as required by law or necessary to operate the platform.

12. Amendments

12.1 bgw69 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the bgw69 platform shall first be submitted to bgw69's customer support team for informal resolution. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in the Philippines under applicable arbitration rules, or to the competent courts of the Philippines.
